Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

- Cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients

16 | oz | Uncooked Elbow Macroni |
4 | Cups | Chicken Broth |
2 | Tbs | Butter |
1 | Tbs | Hot Pepper Sauce |
1 | Tbs | Garlic Power |
1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
1/2 | tsb | Salt |
2 | Cups | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
1 | Cup | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
1/2 | Cups | Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
1/2 | Cup | Milk |
Directions:
- Add everything except Cheese and Milk to the Instant Pot
- Everything includes Uncooked Macaroni, Chicken Broth, Butter, Hot Sause, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Salt.
- Cook on Manual, High Pressure, 5 Minutes.
- Do a Quick Release
- Stir in Cheese and Milk. Stir until smooth.
Notes:
- Season as necessary
- Use additional Milk if it needs to be thinner – depending on the cheeses you use
- Experiment with different cheeses to find the best
