Each Bedroom is $230.    This covers about 1/2 of the rental of the home.

Each of the siblings (and Mom/Dad) is $270.  This covers the other portion of the home, dinner food, etc.

I have already paid for the house.  Please send me the monies by Venmo or check – due by June 15.

Lunch is on your own.  There is a full kitchen.  Friday we will be eating lunch at the State Park.  We will have a group lunch.

A starter pack with toilet paper and other optional amenities ie. paper towels, soaps and shampoos etc may be provided. Please replenish if more is needed during your stay.

Parking Info: Garage parking is not allowed and is inaccessible. Trailers and RV’s ok but there is not RV hook ups. Street parking is not allowed.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out may be available with prior approval in writing, an additional fee may apply.

EARLY DEPARTURES: As reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no refund will be given if a guest leaves prior to their reserved departure date, regardless of reason.

Please place all towels on the bathroom floor or in the tub/shower if they are wet.

Please strip bed linens that were used and leave them on the bed.

Please pick up any trash and make sure it is placed in the garbage bins.

Due to the ongoing drought in the Western states, before starting any outdoor fire please check current regulations regarding outdoor fires by calling the Kane County Sheriff’s office at (435) 644-4916.

The area in the summer has biting gnats also known as “No see ums” that come out at night and get mistaken for bed bugs. Please remember to bring and use bug spray. Also reference the Park Service article for more information: https://www.nps.gov/articles/cany-gnats.htm

Please note the home is on a small private rural sewer system. If anything besides toilet paper is flushed it causes the pipes to clog and the sewer main to burst.

Hot tub:
Shower before entering the hot tub and for each use
Street clothes not allowed, swim suits only
Do not exceed maximum occupancy

ATVs and UTVs are allowed, but not on the paved resort roads. Please only use them to commute between trails.

No shooting on the property.

No smoking: Smoking is always prohibited inside the property. Violators are subject to fines in addition to applicable cleaning fees

Please leave furniture as it is. DO NOT MOVE it in its current location or room to room.

Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not cause any disturbances

Please report any damages that occur while you’re in residence

No parties.

Unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances may occur during your stay including but not limited to, internet, TV, and utility outages, inclement weather, travel delays, limited availability of town services, the closing of common & home amenities (including pools, hot tubs, fire pit or BBQ etc).
