Rudy’s BBQ Cream Corn

Ingredients

4 | lbs | Frozen Sweet Corn |
2 | 8 oz blocks | Cream Cheese, diced 1 in sq |
1/2 | cup | Salted Butter |
3/4 | cup | Heavy Whipping Cream |
4 | Tbs | White Sugar |
1 | tsp | Black Pepper |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/3 | cup | Parmesan Cheese |
Directions:
- Put everything in the crockpot (slow cooker).
- Everything includes: Corn, Cream Cheese, Butter, Cream, Sugar, Pepper, Salt, Parmesan Cheese
- Simmer on Low or Medium for 4+ hours. Stir a couple of times during the cooking.
Notes:
- There are multiple warnings of over salting. Go easy on the salt
- This is an excellent dish that everyone loves.
- It goes very fast, and it saves very well for multiple days.
- Make more than you think you will need because you want leftovers!
